- Utility bill, Council Tax bill or Northern Ireland rates bill from the last 6 months
- Bank or building society statement from the last 6 months
- National identity card issued outside the UK
A passport, debit or credit card, police warrant card or armed forces identity card can confirm your name only and does not by itself establish your address.
Proof of Entitlement – one required:
- V5C vehicle registration certificate
- New keeper slip
- V750 certificate of entitlement
- V778 retention document
- V11 vehicle tax or SORN reminder

Contacted Driven Digits for plates on my BMW X5, and they were extremely helpful. I was given all the options of plate styles, length of the plate, what would look good and suit the car etc.
The plates were made and ready to collect the next day and they kept me up to date regularly with updates. Shipping was offered, but I collected in person, where I received a professional looking package containing my plates, a free air freshener and sticky pads to stick my plates on.
